We had Perfect Clean clean a home we were getting ready to move into. I was in a hurry and did not have time to call anyone else for other estimates, otherwise I would have (an expensive mistake I have learned from). They charged us $400 to clean a three bedroom, 1.5 bath single story home, that was completely empty. They were supposed to clean top to bottom, including shampooing the carpet.
