It was my first time and as I walk in they tell me to sign in, which I do and i proceed to wait about 3 hours before she finally walks over to get the guy who just walked in sitting next to me and she says she didnt even notice me and then asked if i'd wait while he got taken care of "real quick" which i proceed to wait an hour while he gets a perm done, i eventually just walked out, but god i almost lost it on them bro.
