Called three times every time the phone just sit there and ring to get me a hair appointment set up 3 hours after they opened they don't want to answer the phone I will take my business elsewhere

I took my 6 years old son to cut his hair, and I tried to show them a pic for hair cut they both rose and marry were so rude to us they said we dont do this and all, and even i was in waiting area and they were taking people who came after me and didn't have any appointments still, I feel like they don't like Indians. This is my 3rd time bad experience with them, even my neighbor also told me her 16 years old son had same experience they are very rude, never answer properly on phone also.
