I visited this coffee shop with my kids, looking forward to enjoying some coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we approached the counter. The Asian woman working behind the counter was very unpleasant, rude, and had an extremely unfriendly attitude. She made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her simply by being there. been going here since i was in highschool 10+ years ago. i was in town just passing and always try to come here just because i love their coffee drinks and banana bread. the lady taking my order was rude thats all i really have to say for complaints, and when i said thank you ,no response. i was extremely nice to her too, how disappointing. next time ill just match energy i guess

I am a disabled veteran with a service dog. I served my country 12 years and during war. I was caught in rain and needed a place to sit and do some work and get a coffee and a bite. She refused service to me which is against the law. I told her he was a service dog and was wearing his clearly marked vest. I ended up leaving and getting soaked and going to the library and then the French guy who loved us.
