Update: They called me to help me out with this issue. I've come back since this issue twice and they've been more careful with my eyebrows since and have taken more care with making sure its done how I asked. I came twice before with no issues. But today, someone new did my eyebrows and I was left with an uneven gap in my eyebrows and uneven brows cut awkwardly. My friend suggested me this salon for eye brows threading and facial services. I had taken the services such as eyebrows threading and European facial. Parveen attended me and believe me when I say this the services were "AMAZING". This was my first time but now Parveen has got herself a lifetime customer. Thanks soo much Parveen. UPDATE: Unfortunately, I stopped going to Parveen almost a year ago because I’ve been trying to regrow my eyebrows. Over time, I noticed a decline in the quality of the services, and I’m not sure what changed. I brought up my concerns with her a few times, especially around the shaping. Sadly, my eyebrows haven’t grown back the way I’d hoped, and each time I tried to discuss it, I felt dismissed, which was really frustrating.
