I am a new customer. Just bought in bulk at Costco yesterday. Very excited to have a new organic, whole food protein bar that tastes great. The taste makes up for the drier texture. Don't want to have added oil anyway. The sugar content is my only complaint. 18 grams is on the high side for my diet, but especially high for my diabetic mom who would appreciate this as a meal replacement . The only sweetener used in all of our bars — except vegan almond coconut -- is organic honey, which not only acts as a sweetener, but also a natural binder to hold our whole food ingredients together without using chemical preservatives. Absolutely love these bars and I probably have at least 5 a week. Being an avid weightlifter these are the perfect mid morning snack for me but I would like to see maybe one flavor with even more protein, 30 gr or so? Either I'll continue scarfing them down. Thanks!!
So yummy and healthy! Only downside is finding them.
