I wonder if I got a bad batch; however since I bought three boxes of three different kinds that doesn’t seem likely. They are so hard! Even cutting them with a knife and a cutting board is difficult.

The best tasting low glycemic organic health food, oil, and protein bar I ever had. Try dark chocolate chip sea salt peanut butter bar, mocha chip bar, coconut peanut butter bar, etc. Whole foods, trader joes, and sprouts sell it.
