I wanted a pedi. I arrived on a Friday, just before 3pm. No waiting time at all. The manicurist was wonderful. Took her time, no pain when trimming my nails. The massage therapy was heavenly. I will return.

I recently took my daughter there for mommy daughter day. She got a pedicure and I got shellac on my fingernails. Her pedi was great. However, my shellac was looking great until 5 days later. It started pulling up and coming right off my nails. I have never had shellac do this before. I also was charged $5 extra dollars and was not explained to me as to why. The customer service was great but I will not be going back.

I have been going to this salon for 15 yrs. Some changes started happening about a yr ago. Some were for the good, but then there are many that are for the bad. They have no idea what an APPOINTMENT means, they are always RUSH, RUSH, RUSH. We took my daughter there for her Bday as a surprise, they could not wait to HURRY us up & get us seated.
