Disappointed with both the manicure and customer service. While the nail tech I saw was truly lovely and kind, the quality of my manicure was unfortunately very poor. After leaving the salon, I noticed how uneven and bumpy the gel polish was, with several nails not fully painted. I called the next morning to ask if anything could be done but received no response. I had my nails done for the first time ever 3 weeks ago. Kacie was wonderful. I had her paint a Dragonfly and Angel wings for my Twin sisters that passed away. It was for a family reunion. Lots of compliments. Going tonight to have then done with bees and daisies. Excited
