Disappointed with both the manicure and customer service. While the nail tech I saw was truly lovely and kind, the quality of my manicure was unfortunately very poor. After leaving the salon, I noticed how uneven and bumpy the gel polish was, with several nails not fully painted. I called the next morning to ask if anything could be done but received no response.
