Both times I've been here for dinner, we have been sat, then completely forgot about. After waiting 10-15 minutes to order a drink, I've had to go up to the bartender to try to order drinks for our table. First time we visited, they did it. This last time they did not. They just asked my who my server was, to which I replied that I didn't know because no one's been by our table since we sat down. And THEN, instead of helping after that, the bartender asks me if we sat ourselves and that we were supposed to wait to be seated.... read more

Everything about this visit on a Saturday night (march 22) was bad. No one there to greet and seat us until a long wait even though they were nowhere near busy. Our waitress took forever with everything and had ZERO personality. I wouldn't say she seemed mad, per se, but she definitely didn't even try to be friendly. She was just...'there' as a sentient being occupying space. We had to ask another server for help a couoke of times.
