Yes this place sucks! I remember they tried to charge me a dollar for a mask when I needed one as they required one in thee office!. Anyway the Dr doesn't explain much and tells you what's wrong and that's it. Please take your child somewhere else. They just don't have the touch that makes feel good about them. I'm sorry but I feel alot of Filipino are very nice but sometimes you get some dandies.
This office is horrible. From the dr, majority of staff except a couple nurses. The Dr office hours are pathetic, there’s no back line to get a hold of anyone. This office was incredibly irresponsible with handling an urgent matter with my daughter. They told us to come into their office after my child put a bead in her nose. Their Dr barely looked at her and referred her to ear nose and throat for 4 days later. This was urgent and they said they could help.
