We paid Mr Perez $1000 deposit end of January 2020, he cashed our check immediately that day & here we are April 13th 2020... our floors still waiting for repair, out $1000 during a pandemic, and now we have to wait until the courts open back up to fight to get our money back!! We have called, left countless voicemails & texts to no avail! He did text a couple times saying he was coming, but he never showed! Mr Perez is doing our floors this week. He is a pleasant person to work with. He does an impeccable job and loves what he does. He takes pride in his work and it shows. We are very happy with the job he did for us and I would recommend him without a doubt. I feel blessed to have had him do our floors. Thank you and your helper, it has been a wonderful experience �
