I have used Perez Flooring twice now. Once to have my hardwood floors refinished and once to have marmoleum tiles I bought installed in my kitchen. Beautiful results each time and reasonable prices.
I hired Perez Floors to refinish my rowhome’s first floor original red oak floors. They did a great job, so I asked them to come back to repair and refinish the stairs as well. Their prices are fair, and they are very efficient and clean with their work. Hire them for your historic wood floors!
Perez Floors and Refinishing was recommended to me by a property manager in the neighborhood. I first used them to refinish hardwood flooring that had been covered by carpeting for several decades. Rigo worked me into his schedule and within a week or so of visiting the property transformed the floors from an eyesore to an amenity. I didn’t hesitate to have them back when an apartment vacancy gave me the opportunity to refinish floors in another apartment.

Perez Floors did a wonderful job! The room I was working on needed new hardwood floors, a full paint job, and installation of a ceiling fan. Perez and crew showed up on time, was polite, clean, and finished the job on time!!! And the job was priced fairly. I will certainly call Perez Floors when I have another job, and recommend that you do as well!!
