These crew was great! My wife and I just purchase our first house, the house needed some TLC I contact Walter from Perez Development they came in did everything that we needed (Fence, seal around our bathtub, seal our new floor). They did a great job, fast and very reasonable prices, my wife is very happy therefore im happy. Thank you Perez Development. I will definitely use this company again!!!!
Excellent Service! I recommend their service to anyone looking for a true professional in the business. They came to my place, did the job the very next day (which entailed heavy lifting, removing furniture,painting, sanding a few corners, fixing a lamp socket ,etc.) in time and well done.
