Definitivamente tengo una muy mala experiencia con esta Óptica, no me confeccionaron bien mis lentes y después no he tenido contacto personal con ellos ya que cerraron su local. Gaste una fuerte cantidad de dinero y los lentes no me sirven, dinero botado a la basura. Ahora no hay donde reclamar para enseñarles el mal trabajo que han hecho.

It is rare these days that any doctor spend time with you and explain everything in detail and answer any questions you may have. This was not the case at this office. From the time I made my appointment through the date of my visit, the service was extremely professional. The doctor was very thorough (and pleasant too). They are open on Saturdays for those who cannot go during the week. Highly highly recommend!!!

The male doctor is nice but the rest of the staff are sarcastic, dry and short. I would not recommend this place at all. I went for contacts through insurance so I had no choice but to continue to visit them BUT I’m making sure I never go back, and am also gonna get my sister out of there. It’s almost as if they either didn’t like what they did or if they were tired of doing what they’re doing. Just renounce to the profession! Or change to one where you don’t have to deal with other humans.
