Shelly is amazingly perfect! She worked out a knot I had in my hip and really knows what she is doing!
I had a wonderful experience. The facility was beautiful and clean, and the staff was skilled and courteous. I cannot wait to go back and get the full treatment :)

If you're looking for a great spa experience in getting a facial Natasha is the BEST!! She is so thorough and looks out for your best interest, listening to your concerns and desires before giving you her professional opinion. What a knowledgable and very professional esthetician. LIMA'S BEST!!!!
Pampered! Oh, yes! What a wonderful experience! I just came from a massage with Shelley. From the minute I walked in I felt this was going to be a special treat. Everything was top notch, from the peaceful environment, to the music, to the calm and professional service. I highly recommend this spa! Wow....this place is amazing!!! My husband and I went there for a couples massage and the experience there was above and beyond! Highly recommend this place!
I enjoyed the 2 massages that I've gotten here but during another service I was having done I felt like I wasn't very important as a customer. I was very disappointed.
I had a waxing service done on Friday and Natasha was amazing. She was friendly and did a great job. I would recommend anyone try any service.
