I had high expectations for Perennial, but my experience fell far short. My family and I visited to celebrate my sister's birthday, but the service and food were disappointing. We waited over 20 minutes just to receive cold bread. The waitstaff seemed flustered and forgetful, which only added to the frustration. This place is so beautiful with an intimate ambiance. I had an educational meeting yesterday evening. The representatives booked their private room in the back. I loved everything about this place. From the esthetics to the service. I would love to eat in their terrace during the summertime. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The wait staff were attentive. This was my birthday dinner with friends. We were seated in the “garden” area, heaters on and it was quiet. Perfect! Our servers were Macormick and Lindsay(?)… The menu had changed to the Fall specials with some new additions. Started with the oysters and an Autumn salad. The salad was amazing!
