Its a whole campus for penn. The pavilion has 3 pharmacies in one building. They gave me little to no help. I was just pushed along to next pharmacy. Its very confusing and annoying especially when I just had 2 spinal surgeries.

Came all the way here to pick up a scrip I had called in through their automated system last week. I intentionally called it in before it was expired but this was the earliest I could get here, between appointments. But I was told it was never filled because it was expired, not that it was filled and then put back because it expired yesterday. They never contacted me to tell me there was a problem. The staff members of the pharmacy are always courteous and polite. They address any concerns and try to resolve any concerns that arise.

Rude shows no compassion to some people who have serious health issues and need their medication‘s. They will hang up the phone on you not answer and think everything is a joke when you come in, they stand in the back, laughing and staring at you. It’s not funny they don’t know what someone’s illness is until they find out how they really feel. Maybe they will have some compassion. They’re all young kids and think everything is funny is not.
