This is a horrible office! We drove for 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to our scheduled appointment. Arrived in the 15 minutes window. Our appointment was scheduled at 8:15 am . Attempted to call from 7:45-8:15 to let them know we would be late due to a horrible accident shutting down both 95 lanes, No one was available to speak to.
