I have worked at the Athenaeum for all must 5 years. I love it here and our close family. I can’t imagine working anywhere else.

I'm heavily involved in nursing facilities and senior care homes. Peregrine Landing in Cheektowaga is one of the best I've seen. Ms. Wiberg has collected as many people she could find that reflect her personality which is shown through the passion, excitement, and genuine enjoyment exhibited by everyone there, including the residents. Strongly suggest taking a tour if in the area. Top of the line.
In general the floor staff is great! They get to know the residents family on a personal -first name level and seem to take very good care of the residents. However the administrator Sara is rude and cold towards family members. The administration does not follow their own policies ! She needs to realize the family is who writes the outrageous check monthly for the residents rent and be more friendly.
