I have been with Dr.Perdikis for 10 years. He is always helpful, answers any of my questions. He explains new treatment plans and is always on top of the latest drugs out there that might help my particular needs. We joke around and talk about kids. He is by far the smartest man I have ever met and the most compassionate doctor I have ever known. I love you Dr. P!!!!!
Dr. Perdikis orders thousands of dollars of lab tests, many of which come back normal and unnecessary.
Very good have been with him for 12years.The only reason he gets the other ratings are people that he will not give narcotics to!
This review is primarily regarding the front office staff person, Sandra. She is moody and cold and can't even lift up her head to say hello to you when you enter the doctor's office. She made my experience in this doctor's office unpleasant, as well as the hour long waits I had to endure to see the doctor. I hope the doctor can train her to be more customer service oriented because I most likely will not return. Just my two cents. Thank you.
I am very impressed with this doctor and love his staff. He takes the time to talk with you, and LISTEN to your needs. I was taking several different meds when I started seeing him, and he cut me down to what I actually need..and I feel much better! I will continue seeing him, and not go back to my previous doctor.
My son was in the ER of AV Hospital in 1996 and referred us to him as a neurosurgeon after a gunshot wound. After multiple surgeries, he was not successful. In 2005, He was front page news in the AV Press for having no license to practice nuerosurgery. Now it is 2009 and my son still suffers from collateral damage, mostly he is discrimated in employment and can't work his chosen profession.
Trusting this Doctor was a huge mistake for me. Please be careful, and trust your first insticts at the first sign of trouble.
He is good that he does sit down and discuss your health issues with you - I see him for hormonal issues (thyroid) rather than pain mgt. He occasionally wants to prescribe cholesterol drugs and diabetis drugs, but allows me to opt out of them. My major complaint with him is the frequency of my visits, about 3-5 times a year. He is very thorough in his blood testing. Overall, a better informed doctor than most, but still tied to the prescription drug industry.
Run don't walk from George Perdikis. If you can't run get a wheelchair and GET OUT. Misdiagnosis and dangerous actions are his specialty. All you have here is a Dr. Feelgood.
