We rented a local condo through Perdido Sand Realty, Inc. (PSRI). During our lease Hurricane Sally hit the area and several of the complexes and subdivisions PSRI oversee. We found PSRI's response exceptionally timely with their staff arriving almost immediately after the storm passed ready to begin mitigation of the grounds including the interior of our unit. Love them! They are the best. Everyone loves a strong manager until its time to be held accountable - then they want someone that bends their integrity and values.
My husband and I have been working with Perdido Sand Realty on a property for about a month or so. The process has been very smooth and the property was very clean when we moved in. Beth, Clete, Michael and Crystal have been wonderful to work with! I look forward to continuing our relationship with them!

Me and my family have never had any problems with Perdido Sands, we've rented two separate properties from them over the past two years. When we left the first one they gave us a list of items that needed to be cleaned, which was very long, but we used it and had no problem getting our security deposit back. Both houses were in great shape and they always fixed things right away, unlike a lot of the dingy, smelly, run-down houses we've been shown in the area by other companies.
