I have been using Ashly Dunn, of Perception Fitness, for 5 months now and love it! Ashly is very encouraging and has helped me achieve goals I never thought I would. I was never one who wanted to work out, but now I actually miss it if a week goes by and I don't get all my time in. I credit that to Ashly and her ability to motivate without the uncomfortable pressures I have felt at some chain gyms. I have already lost 17 lbs. with her guidance and know I have found a fitness buddy for life.

I can't express how grateful I am to Perception Fitness and it's founder Ashly Dunn! I started working out with Ashly in February (a month before my 40th bday) and by August I had lost 30lbs! Not only have i lost 32lbs to date, but I've kept it off! Ashly has educated me about working out (I've never worked out in my life) and nutrition as well.
