Tried using this company for a total clean up of office computers, and sharing one computer with another. Daltalinn ( the technician) took all day in doing this project, only to find out that most of the first day in our office was spent correcting a mistake he had made by not following the office wishes/ direction. This technician would not deal with us any longer, and we kept getting switched to different people. Our own office book keeper was a manager over IT for years, so she continued sending emails of the corrections ... read more
