As a whole, this practice is entirely uncaring and hostile toward their patients. It wouldn't be acceptable for any type of medical practice and is particularly outrageous concerning a practice who specializes in behavioral health. They only care about money. Even if you have clearly demonstrated that you are working with insurance to get a claim reprocessed they still want you to pay them for balances that you truly don't owe. This practice cares about money and only money. The provider who I was seeing did not respect my concerns even the tiniest bit and brushed off a very disruptive adverse reaction that I was having to a medication that they prescribed. Their lack of professionalism caused me to have several follow ups with my PCP. The PCP's practice became so concerned with what was going on with the PRA provider that they offered to step in and offered to support my behavioral health needs until I found a different provider-and this is a PCP ... read more
