As a whole, this practice is entirely uncaring and hostile toward their patients. It wouldn't be acceptable for any type of medical practice and is particularly outrageous concerning a practice who specializes in behavioral health. They only care about money. Even if you have clearly demonstrated that you are working with insurance to get a claim reprocessed they still want you to pay them for balances that you truly don't owe. This practice cares about money and only money. The provider who I was seeing did not respect my concerns even the tiniest bit and brushed off a very disruptive adverse reaction that I was having to a medication that they prescribed. Their lack of professionalism caused me to have several follow ups with my PCP. The incompetence of the office staff got my Short Term Disability denied. I thought this place was supposed to help their patients?
I hate this office the staff and billing doesn't know how to help rude and unhelpful for 3 years seeing the doctor she didn't help Dr. Ella now I hate Russian Doctor all she do is increase the dosage of the medication until your kids to be psychotic all they want is your Money double charge , greedy so don't give your debit or credit becuase the billing doens't know how to use your insurance I have PPO BCBS only regular check up double charge right away no chance to check to bill your insurance.
