I used to frequent this restaurant often. After a Christmas Party luncheon last week, that won't be happening again. The buffet food was good but they were stingy serving the food. You almost had to beg for a second piece of fish (which was cut into fourths to begin with). The wait staff acted like they were doing you a favor. Food was blah, used to be a lot better. The place is very "cheap". Asked to bring home my leftover (I had a sandwich and fries), they refused to pack the fries. We ordered a salad for the table. 2 of us wanted 1 type of dressing and the other 2 wanted a different type (which is why we asked for it on the side), when the bill came they charged us for the dressing. When we had spoken to the waiter he did not seem to care.
The food and drinks were AMAZING, so was the service. Todd was the best! Will definitely be back, and next time I'm not sharing my baked mac & cheese with everyone...all mine!
Went there for lunch with my son food was terrible dryed out chicken sandwich with no flavor and when you ask for extra sauce you r told there is an up charge for salad dressing (ranch) that do not even have they are all out. Really?
Service sucks. They don't care about there customers. Sat at table for 30 mins without being greeted or asked for anything... good food bad place overall
We were just turned away at 6:45 pm on a warm but slightly overcast Sunday evening for outside seating. The rather curt manager said that he decided not to seat any more people outside. We went back again 5 minutes later as the sun was coming out to see if maybe he would change his mind. He was even more curt. Really? In a town just barely making it's way back? Hmmm wonder if the owner knows what an unwelcoming manager they have employed. Fail.
Always great food. Never had a bad meal here, and the daily specials are creative and delicious.
Last Sunday I had my daughters Bridal Shower brunch at Pera Bell!The food was amazing! Thanks so much to John for helping select the menu!Wait staff was terrific! A great big shout out to Kat! Nice job! I couldn't be happier and wanted to say thank you For being the perfect restaurant for our very special day!
I go there any time we're in the area detailing a boat. Great food, great owners!!
