I have been very fortunate to have had Dr. Todd as my eye doctor in Park Rapids since 2008. Last year, he stopped traveling to my area, so this year I made the two-hour round trip to his Pequot Lakes eye center for my annual exam. The facility was top-notch, and so was the service. I'm the type of person who likes to support my local small town, but Dr. Todd has been absolutely incredible over the years, and I'll be making the drive to see him next year for my annual exam.
Always a great experience. Great customer service and a great selection of glasses. Highly recommend supporting this local eye care center.
The doctor has always been exceptionally kind but the front desk staff is rude every time I interacted with them throughout the years, most recently this week. There are ways to deliver messages kindly and they do not do that. I will be going elsewhere for eye care services going forward.
I have always enjoyed Dr Wiedell, I've been disappointed by his front desk staff on different occasions. She is not friendly and comes across rude. I've decided to go elsewhere for my eye care.
