INCREDIBLE!! By far the best Pizza out in Chicago! I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Went there for my son's birthday dinner after visiting Chicago for the day. It was packed and there was a wait to be seated. When the pizza came (it took about an hour), I was blown away. Deep dish isn't normally my thing because the crust is so tricky, but this place nailed it. The bottom was crisp, the perimeter edge was perfectly carmelized, and the inside of the crust was like a cloud, like the most pillowy biscuit you could ever have. It was fantastic. I will definitely go back.
