Is the caramelized cheese crust delicious? Yes. Is Pequod's a good place to go dine in person if you can stomach a wait? Sure. Will I keep ordering carry-out and delivery pizzas from Pequod's? No way. I have friends who have had good luck with Pequod's delivery and carry-out. Maybe I'm just one of the unlucky ones, but every pizza I receive for carry-out or delivery is practically destroyed as soon as I get it. We visited a couple of years ago with family. Our family is originally from Southside Chicago and grew up on deep dish but never tried Pequod's. I KNOW! Amazing! BTW watching the Chicago episode on Somebody Feed Phil!
I no longer live in the city, so when I visit I go to pequods . Best Pizza 😋 period
