Been to this venue over 100 times in over 7 years and have seen my fair share of good and bad. pros: Near Downtown and there is easy access to paid parking. cons: staff/admin supports religious discrimination and doesn't train their employees well. The food offerings are not the best compared to Coors or Mile High/Broncos stadium. If it wasn't for my love of sports/Concerts, I would avoid this arena when possible.
Compared to Mile High and Coors field this place is the worst venue to see a live sporting event in Denver. Customer service always has an attitude and its way over priced for anything food related. They asked for 18.25 on a jack and coke, which is also insane.

I dont recommend the Pepsi Center for any school events what so ever The customer service we received tonight was absolutely terrible, it literally ruined the night for my daughter who came to sing for the event. Thanks for nothing Pepsi Center
Pepsi Center staff went above and beyond to make my son's 7th birthday one to remember! It was his first nuggets game, and he told them it was his birthday. During a break in the game, they sang him happy birthday and got the entire section to sing to him as well. He is so happy and excited and truly believes the Nuggets beat the Knicks for his Birthday! Thank you Pepsi Center staff for being amazing!
The Pepsi Center was a great venue. New Kids didn't disappoint, but one of the workers were rude. Don't remember the employers name but he wasn't very helpful with the merchandise I wanted to purchase and shooed me away.
it's a fantastic place for concert and event center!
More than an hour waiting to enter. Luis Miguel is already singing and we are in the line �
great seats with an overall good experience!! I love going to the nuggets games!!!
