Loved it, went to see Enrique and Pitbull. Had great seats, the sound quality was good. It was my first time there, and it pretty easy to find my way around. I will for sure be back!
the shows!! easy seating. handicap acess
The venue itself is fine, but customer service in the gift shop leaves something to be desired. I was recently at the Avs game with a buddy and we were buying souvenirs before the game started. I walked up to the register with him and the cashier next to us said she could help whoever was next. Enrique Iglesias's concert was fun but not much excitement with the lights the monitors are such poor quality and not big enough to see the artist from far away. I have been to better venues in that sense. Update the big screens to better ones.
Wish they'd enforce the no pot smoking in public law. That's the last concert I'll go to at the Pepsi Center. I'm open-minded about the marijuana laws but I don't need it in my face!
Awesome venue! Very organized with friendly staff. Prices on concessions is extortionate as per usual.
Music was awesome, seating selection was not matched to what we picked for 300 per seat. Set up for first row of section so we could have more leg room. Concert seating is different it appears, so yet again sandwiched in to the bouncing person in front of you with your knees pressed to the seat. Seating comfort has been lousy there since day one. To confined, no leg room. But still the concert was awesome, no complaints about that!!
Average arena. Expensive concessions and merch. Not much to eat if you have food allergies either. Nothing outstanding about it really. $15 parking and exiting the parking lot is a nightmare!
So now in addition to you not being able to have the lid to your water bottle. They now pour the water from a plastic bottle into a plastic cup. Talk about waste.
