Great place to eat View is magnificent,service is great,food is very good and plentifull, pricing is reasonable. We are from the Boston MA area and visit our children in Mission Viejo and enjoy Peppinos every visit. What more can we say?
Peppinos Italian Famiy Restaurants Peppinos is our favorite Italian Restaurant, we go there almost every week. The staff and owner are very friendly and it is a fun place to eat, especially since they know us. The food is excellent, the Caprice and Pastafasul are excellent. Free parking.
Peppinos is Nothing Special I have been to Peppinos a handful of times. Some of my family members who live outside of California request to go there when they come to visit. I think their food is very mediocre and though their portions are large, I find I dont want to eat my leftovers once I get them home.
Great Food and Service This restaurant is right on Mission Viejo Lake. It has a great view and a nice, cozy patio so you can eat outside and feed the ducks. The food is delicious and the service is great. Its not too pricey and can be either a casual or semi-formal place to have a date or go out with the family.
