Nasty! This place is run down and over priced! Owners are out Chicago so they don't care how this place looks or about the people who live here. Make sure you take a detailed tour and really look at the property before you decide to live here.
STOP PREYING ON YOUNG RENTERS AND WITH ALL OF YOUR TRICKERY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY! THEY MAKE ERRORS AND EXPECT THE GOOD RENTER TO PAY FOR IT AND DON'T HAVE ENOUGH COMPASSION TO DO WHAT'S RIGHT! I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! ITS SAD IT REALLY IS!

I have lived here for two years now the rent is a little bit more than what I would originally want to pay for a one bedroom apartment but it comes with the washer and dryer which is really nice the apartments are very nice the front office has always been super helpful it’s very quiet here I have never had any problems with my neighbors maintenance always gets everything done in a timely manner.. I've lived at Pepperwood for 7 months now and it's a really pleasant experience so far. The staff is great!
My son and I have been residents here for 2 yrs and it has been the best experience ever in an apartment complex. I love the quietness, good upkeep of the grounds, friendly and merciful office staff abd monthly activities. May God bless everyone...Shalom☺
