Signed our lease for our 9th year!! It's reasonably priced for Norman!! Staff have been awesome since day 1!!
I gave this 1 star because it won't let me give it zero stars. If you like maintenance in your apartment at least once a week, a shady pool full of neighborhood kids, an expensive and ineffective laundromat, management who doesn't speak English, work outside your apartment all the time, a $50 jump in rent every year, your car broken into at least once, and no chance to get your deposit back no matter how much you clean, then live here.
