Peppertree is a good starter apartment, however it is not a forever type place to live. The parking was always congested & the gate worked maybe 4 months out of the 15 months that I lived here. Jenn in the office was always nice & very helpful, anytime I had an issue it was fixed within 24 hours.
Moving there in October
I called Peppertree today and was looking for a 6 month lease. Unfortunately they couldn't help me out however the lady did pull up other places for me and answered many questions I had about certain areas. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone
