I have lived here for almost 3 years now and this place is honestly great. Not the best but great. The staff in the office is very helpful especially Catherine and Jenn and they are always very nice. The apartments are nice and comfortable and it’s a place that can actually feel like home even in the short term.
Peppertree is a good starter apartment, however it is not a forever type place to live. The parking was always congested & the gate worked maybe 4 months out of the 15 months that I lived here. Jenn in the office was always nice & very helpful, anytime I had an issue it was fixed within 24 hours.
