Their income requirement policy seems absolutely ridiculous. They will not accept someone with limited income (like a retired person) but with plenty of money in the bank nor prepayment of rent (even a full year lease!).....But will accept someone that may have a job today and unemployed tomorrow........What a pathetic way to do business. As I search I see that almost all apartments I am looking at have no problem accepting applicants if they have 2-3 years worth of rental payments in the bank.....If a place has some nonsens... read more

Incredibly overpriced, but the worst part is the rude management. Stay far away.
I lived at Peppertree for 2 years and I loved it! All around a great place to be. Maintenance was great and always responded in a timely manner. I never had any issues here and office staff was great with communication. I definitely miss living here!
