This is a pure 3/5 experience, at least if you're going with the A1 or A2 units which are 1bed 1bath and depending on the number are smaller or bigger. Walls are thick enough to where you can't hear your neighbor, thank god, but if you live on the first floor you may hear them walking. Appliances are fine. I've lived in places where the appliance were better but these do the job. Maintenance is also fairly timely, I put in a request and they got back to me within 2-3 hours in an afternoon. Their income requirement policy seems absolutely ridiculous. They will not accept someone with limited income (like a retired person) but with plenty of money in the bank nor prepayment of rent (even a full year lease!).....But will accept someone that may have a job today and unemployed tomorrow........What a pathetic way to do business. As I search I see that almost all apartments I am looking at for my Mom have no problem accepting applicants if they have 2-3 years worth of rental payments in the bank.....If a place has s... read more
