Leasing manager(Kasey) told me I can't complain about noisy neighbors, but they can complain about me knocking on their door to ask them to quiet down... She even told me that if i call security she has told them not to come...and if it's before 10pm it's normal to hear neighbors blasting music... Smh bc I pay rent here. I guess its better to have lost $ 249.00 then deal with more issues down the road.
