RecommendedPlease help. We purchased a new pre lite tree in November. By Dec 2 the bottom of The tree lights were out. When I called they told me that I could wait until I took my tree down in January. Now the store is closed for an entire week. I’d really like have this issue fixed before storing the tree. Please advise.

I have difficulty walking and unfortunately I'd left my walking cart home. I love the items the store carries and was specifically looking for garland. About halfway through my visit with my friend, my leg started to go numb and I was afraid of falling so I saw a stool in the bow area and asked if I could sit for a minute. Usually if I rest for a few minutes I can walk again for a bit. The lady I asked seemed genuinely upset when she told me it was "policy" that customers couldn't use the stool. Purchased a pre lit tree in 2015. After the first year we had problems with the lights every year. Half our lights are out this year😢 We’ve stored it correctly and in the owners eyes the customer is never right. Tree was a lemon from the beginning!!! Offered 40%off which is the Normal sale. Beware before you purchase a tree from them.
