I highly recommend this dentist. I walked into this office on a random day just to get some information and schedule an appointment for my 2 year old daughter. the staff was friendly, and helped me right away. the told me the doctor could see me right then. I sat in the very clean waiting room for about ten minutes and we were called back. the rooms looked very neat, and clean. everything was well organized. the nursed knew what they were doing and they were very patient with it being my daughters first time there. Staff were patient I am what they call a high fear patient--(Anxiety, Phobia)-as in my dear close friend had to drive me and stay in the room the whole time with me, hold my legs down and hold my hand and nearly sit on me!----yet through it all the Dentist and staff were patient and trying to do all they could to help me be more comfortable--( I was in a position to need a same day appt. for a broken/abcessed molar that needed to be pulled. Truly a special experience. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in my well-being and all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The office is state of the art and the staff are just plain friendly. Truly a special experience.
They're totally on the ball there. "Peppermint Dental got me in the SAME day I called for a cleaning and Xrays. When they told me I had to fix some old fillings I asked them how long it would take to get in with them for that (normally it takes a week or two to fit into a busy dental office's schedule for something more than a cleaning)- Surprise! 5+ everyone 5+ everyone is always helpful and a pleasure to be around!!!! Peppermint Dental always made a clear effort to get me into my appointment on time. Only once were they unable to, and they were very sincerely apologetic.
What a great experience. I was really impressed with the way the dentist talked to my 8 year old. He was treated so well by all the staff. The teamwork between the dentist and dental assistant was amazing to watch. They were fast and efficient, joking around with my son's comfort and feelings in mind. What a great experience.
