RecommendedWe booked one of the spa suites for a romantic getaway and it was great! The room was spectacular! The casino is always fun! The Peppermill is the perfect Reno getaway.
The spa!! Oh yes, the spa. It is the most luxurious spa in existence. The amenities and services are fabulous. If you are within 200 miles of this place and desire a spa, this is your place.
Clean, great customer service, great selection on food, comfortable beds and pillows and Vanessa at The Terrace is an exceptional representative of the Resort! I am picky!!
Went to the spa. The amenities were wonderful. It was a great day. Food great. Drinks great. Only complaint was the women's bathroom in the treatment area. One stall was out of toilet paper. The other was clogged. The trash bin was full. Other than that very small part of the day it was awesome!
the remodels in the recent yrs have been a great improvement...imo, nicest casino in reno...the floor-to-ceiling big screens of scenic backdrops throughout the casino is quite serene...heart them much!... R O O M S | alwaz liked their spacious, luxurious rooms... Magaly Caprioglio, This is our second time here. I selected to come and celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. I love everything about it. Love the rooms, the service, the restaurants, the gelato hummmm!!! delicious. Had dinner last night at Biscotti, (They forgot about my wine, got it almost when I was done with dinner ) but the food was great. Tonight we'll try Chi Chi......I'm looking forward to tonight and tomorrow. We are taking friends to Biscotti for breakfast tomorrow, will see. We plan to enjoy the pool like today,... read more
Excellent hotel! Had a great stay for the Great Reno Balloon Race. We'll be back in a year!
I had a bad experience at first, but it was fixed immediately by Jake. Give the man a raise � he actually did his job and had great customer service.
