Used to be fun here until they did a bunch of upgrades so tight now. Guess someone has to pay for it.

Our first time staying here We stayed 2 nights. Smallish room smelt bad. Loud noises out side horrible view. Check out staff not friendly. Terrace lounge beautiful! Cafe Milano was OK. Sports deli really good. The passport rewards dept was awful at explaining anything about the cards,the lady that signed us up basically told us to read the pamphlet, we had to go back 3 times just to ask questions. My favorite part was the spa, absolutely beautiful and relaxing.

The room and view are fantastic (we have the Peppermill Spa Suite), but the couples massage and time in the Spa-side of the resort was a relaxing and beautiful experience. Restaurants have lived up to our expectations as well. Even the little pub had great food and was fun to hang out in!

Had tons of fun! Room was very clean and staff were friendly. My kids loved the game lab as well!
