Went for a conference in late January / early February of 2017. The hotel was stunning, the rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the food options was fabulous. I had a lot of fun and enjoyed the art, displays, and environment, it was a great experience!

Showed up expecting 2 King-size beds, but only given 1 bed after a 6 hour drive. What a nightmare traveling with a family with 2 young kids. Waited all night for the rollaway bed that never came. Not a good way to start a holiday getaway.

Peppermill is my go to resort. I couldn't ask for better service and the way the staff go above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Peppermill has me spoiled and I expect the same type of "Red Carpet" service from every hotel. Will definitely be back in 2017!!!

Weeknight stay...the slots were "friendly" and so was the staff. The complimentary upgrade to the Luxury Suite at check in was a unexpected treat! Thanks Peppermill!!

A vast conglomeration of mediocrity An ambitious try at creating some kind of Italian theme but both the architecture and the interior decor really miss the mark. It sort of says well, this is Google enough

The Tuscany suite was surprisingly magnificent. We didn't expect to see a whirlpool jacuzzi and television in the bathroom. Overall we were very pleased and we will be coming back with our children.
