Housekeeping is a joke. I understand with COVID restrictions they are not cleaning rooms every day. You would think that would mean everything would be extra clean. Not so. The hallway on our floor had the same dirty bandaid, dental floss, and used q-tip pieces on the floor the entire time I was there (4 days). Our room had hair still on the sheets and bedspread, as well as still in the bathtub. I don't think our floor had been vacuumed in weeks. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it still reeked of cigarette smok... read more
