B.L.U.F.: The Peppermill is the worst casino in Reno. Background: While playing poker at the Peppermill I was harassed and assaulted by a poker dealer. While reporting this to Mike Nelson the poker room manager the dealer threatened to kill me in front of his boss. Mike Nelson chose to keep this dealer employed for months after this incident while the dealer continued to harass and threaten me. I love this casino. it has everything.
Beautiful hotel inside out. The employees have been very pleasant. Our room was nice except the dirty hand towel and pubic hair left in the room next to the window on the floor and chair. You are forced to wear a face cover 😷 while distanced 6’ in a booth to gamble, between sips of your beverage. We could barely socialize with each other who have quarantined together. We had so much fun here. We felt safe with all the Covid 19 protocols in place. Peppermill had the best setup of any of the other casinos we checked in the area. We had no problems getting drinks or assistance with anything we needed. Thank you Peppermill for the fun get away.
Beautiful rooms! We got a suite in Tuscany Towers! Great service! Good place for a getaway.
