We are all operating in a new covid world. The GM of the Peppermill has lost the understanding that his staff is in the service business. I am actually paying your wage to be served. Please read the Ritz Carleton book on World Class Service and empower your managers and staff to actually deliver a valued service. I could rant on about four days of pathetic service and relative comparisons of local competitors who actually understand their service model. The staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to solve any problems that may occur, and safety is a high priority with them. so if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay don't bypass the peppermill casino.
