Issue with roaches. It was never resolved and had to leave.
DO NOT RENT HERE. ROACH INFESTED!! While maintenance was quick to respond to my broken AC issues THEY WOULD NEVER ACTUALLY FIX IT. I had a KNOWN freon leak for a year! They would refill it and just wait for it to run out again. I had a dozen visits for this with increasing frequency as the known leak continued to get worse. Also put in multiple complaints about the neighbor's weed smell getting into my apartment when it is supposedly a smoke free complex. When I first moved in they had a great promo. I lived there for a year and a half, give or take. Management changed once. I like to keep to myself -- office and staff respected that. They were kind and courteous. I'd call the condos "shabby chic." Old but nice. They never came in without my consent. I had a lot of stairs to climb to get to my place so I definitely kept in shape. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The landscaping is always clean and cared for, and parking is never an issue. The units themselves are spacious with a great layout, and the neighbors have all been respectful and friendly. It's also conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which makes getting around super easy. Definitely a great place to call home!
