Was great when we first moved then management changed and bit was terrible. The rent is entirely too high for what’s offered there. The maintenance always did half work and we had to keep calling them. Management was incredibly rude to me and my guests (who I was convincing to move there) when we went to the pool. Overall the experience was not great.
I can't post the pics of it but feel free to message me for proof. Black mold showed up and I told them I was not renewing my lease. I left due to this and they refused my deposit. The parking is horrible, the units are small and the walls are thin. I would not suggest living here. They will charge near premium prices for low income living.
I lived at Pepper Ridge for 5+ years and it's reasonably priced with a lot of amenities. The staff has always been super nice & helpful! It's also very convenient to I-77, shopping, and restaurants.
Well, my stay will not extinguish for 5 hrs yet.
Pepper Ridge Apartments is a great place to live in Rock Hill, SC. It's in the heart of the shopping and restaurant area and is an easy commute to York Tech and Winthrop University. You should take a tour if you're looking for a new home.
It's July and that's my anniversary with y'all (Dionne and Randa). 7 years @ Pepper Ridge....I have loved the feeling of unity,safety and harmony as well as professionalism. I loved being involved with community events: Easter Baskets for children's attentions home, child safety awareness and food drives for locals. I felt safe during my time there with the property manager onsite. I'm truly blessed to know y'all! Thank you!
This is the worst place I have ever lived! If you want to keep any shred of sanity, do not live here!!!! They are rude and manipulative. No one gives a straight answer and seems to care at all. Do not, I beg as a fellow human, do not live in Pepper Ridge Apartments. You will regret it.
They don't even deserve 1 star we have lived there for almost two years brought our son home there and there is mold all in our apartment and all they did was paint over it!!!! Not mention my son is only 8 months old!!! So I wouldn't refer anyone here not even a first time renter!!!
Not even worth the 1 star I had to give them. Absolutely the worst management team I have ever worked with. The entire two years living there we had very minimal problems, concerns or even contact with management. Paid our bills on time and never missed one, went through three rent increases in two years and was never offered any incentives for our continued loyalty.
