I bring my boat here and we also like to eat at the pier 32 that is close by.
a nice spot for family gatherings, a park walk, pokemon go and fishing. it has areas for a picnic, it has a playground for the kids, there is a public bathroom. its just a nice cozy spot to hang out away from all the city noises and crowdedness.
