Hello, I would like to tell you about the great customer service I had at your Niagara falls Canada location today May 24 2026 around 6pm. I went to the location with the intent on just buying a couple jars of the nasal napalm, the woman working the counter was super friendly and even more helpful, she pointed me to the horse radish right away, than asked a few questions and gave me some samples of the sauces you sell... needleless to say the intention of getting two jars of horse radish turned into me walking out with three... read more

Awesome experience when coming here! We came in on Sunday Feb 15 and from the moment we walked in, Niko (or Nico) explained the store layout and we were told that we could try sauces if we’re interested. We tried a couple of sauces, one of which was a blueberry BBQ sauce (this had a good BBQ smoky flavour with a hint of blueberry: a surprisingly good mix). As we like spice, we went with the Chimichurri (medium spice) and the Sweet but Sinister (hot spice), both are so delicious!! Definitely coming back for more sauces!
Fantastic! The lady was very helpful when I visited on boxing day, trying to put together a collection of hot sauces for a challenge with friends. She guided me through the different sauces and let me taste a bunch. She really made our visit so enjoyable. I did end up returning the day after to purchase The End: Purgatory, which was a perfect finisher to the sauce lineup. The store has so many options ranging from mild to killer, and lots of different flavour profiles.
