we placed a very large order for delivery to Abbott Northwestern Hospital, We placed our order at 6:30pm. At 8:30pm we called to see where our order was and was told it just went in. We then called back and talked to the manager. After hearing our story he gave us our order for free. Finally at 9:30pm our food showed up, but only part of our order and cold food, no napkins or sides or condiments. All in all we are not ordering from there again.
Had great food and service outside, I recommend the house Margarita on the rocks...with salt, perfect drink to go with the excellent food options.
Love the food and happy hour specials. I could drink those strawberry margaritas all day!
Just sat on the patio for 15 minutes as the server never stopped by. Helped the couple behind us that sat down within seconds. So we got up and went to Town Hall Tap. I'm shocked you're still profitable enough to stay open!
Very good food atmosphere ,and most of all the staff is great.
Worst experience. 1st time here Waited 2 hours to get a bill... And still no drink.. Didn't except my Groupon. Obviously didn't read the fine print. Fine whatever.. . Owner is a douche bag. I explained and apologized.. And he got loud. Guacamole was spoiled. Not real Mexican food.. THEN THEY CAME BACK WITH THE BILL and still have not received my margarita and the waiter says this is what he says you owe. Try the Lupitas! You won't be disappointed! And, they have live music in the bar. Check it out. 45 years, and going strong... A truly beautiful family restaurant. Grateful to be a part of a great team!
I ate there tonight in bar area food always the best but the service was actually the worst I've ever had it the waiters name was Matt I know he was trying but he needs to learn how to be a server
Beyond delicious! Kid friendly staff and food! The wings were a family fave along with the guacamole and enchiladas! Yum!
