I have been working with Pepine Property Management for more than a year now. I know that my property is in good hands. Brenda and Brenna are fantastic.
I very RARELY write reviews, but my experience with Pepine Property Management has been so profoundly negative that I feel compelled to share. (If I could give this review negative stars I would) From the outset, communication was a nightmare. Calls and messages were consistently ignored or forgotten, and follow-ups were nonexistent. INE OF THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT : One reason is that when I was asked to write a 5 star review I was in the office and being starred at that is why my original review was very short and only had 3 words to it. Two, because the agent we were working with has gone MIA or something. Paul did everything incorrectly from the very beginning. I have called TWICE in the past few weeks to view a property listed for rent. My family and I are in a desperate need to find a place to live and no one at Pepine Property Management will call you back. I was given promises of someone calling me same day. It's been days since and no callback.
