I have called TWICE in the past few weeks to view a property listed for rent. My family and I are in a desperate need to find a place to live and no one at Pepine Property Management will call you back. I was given promises of someone calling me same day. It's been days since and no callback.
I had a very frustrating experience after moving out. I was charged over $500 for things like touch-up painting and cleaning, even though I left the apartment in good condition. On top of that, I paid for the full month’s rent but only lived there for part of the month — and they refused to refund the rest. We finally got our refund back after a month. We had to do a official letter of demand stating we are ready to move forward to court if needed because they insist to give back the full amount of our deposit when we left the property even in better shape than when we first arrived. They take forever to response. Do not fall for their free Pizzas.
Great experience with the entire move in process.
